Revenue Cycle Management Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with clients as a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) specialist and a vital member of the project team.

• Assist customers in essential system configuration utilizing RCM knowledge and skills.

• Suggest suitable system setups based on RCM best practices.

• Conduct software and integration testing for implemented software systems and solutions.

• Address issues that necessitate modifications to deployed software applications and solutions.

• Create scripts and test cases for newly deployed software applications and solutions.

• Collect and assess client feedback with the development team.

• Aid in drafting user requirement documentation.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to outline requirements for product modifications.

• Contribute to and monitor project plans, progress, milestones, and target implementation timelines.

• Identify risks that could impact client objectives and formulate risk mitigation strategies.

• Document client communications and maintain records in appropriate repositories.

• Test and troubleshoot final system implementations.

• Provide training and support to end-users during and following implementation.

• Undertake other assigned responsibilities and projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.

• 5 years of relevant professional experience in RCM.

• 3 years of professional experience in healthcare billing.

• In-depth knowledge of Electronic Medical Records systems, ideally within a Health and Human Services context.

• Proficient understanding of Information Technology, software solutions, and software management systems.

• Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a results-oriented approach.

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities.

• Excellent analytical abilities.

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize competing demands, work autonomously, take initiative, and perform well under pressure.

• Ability to foresee issues and risks while proactively formulating alternatives to achieve project objectives.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
