Revenue Cycle Informaticist – Electronic Health Records

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the subject matter authority for revenue cycle processes concerning registration and scheduling within the PATH EHR environment.

• Collaborate with clinical, HIM, finance, and operational stakeholders.

• Enhance registration and scheduling procedures.

• Assist with implementation and sustainability initiatives.

• Resolve workflow challenges.

• Ensure the precise capture and reconciliation of clinical revenue.

• Advocate for revenue cycle interests with clinical, operational, and IT leadership.

• Convert revenue cycle requirements into information system necessities.

• Offer workflow analysis and operational assistance to clients.

• Develop and spread best practices for integrated technologies.

• Recognize high-value solutions to clinical workflow and operational obstacles using data and observation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 5+ years of relevant experience.

• 8+ years of experience supporting medium to large IT projects.

• Familiarity with Indian Health Services workflows.

• Extensive knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health electronic health record.

• Proficient in clinical informatics, clinical workflows, and data analytics.

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft products.

• Ability to manage project tasks and meet established deadlines.

• Must be capable of obtaining a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the year, if necessary.
