This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new sites and clinicians in both federal and commercial healthcare settings.
• Conduct live virtual training sessions tailored for clinicians across various specialties.
• Share platform updates, training, and support during provider and leadership meetings.
• Lead virtual office hours and regular Q&A sessions.
• Provide one-on-one coaching for new users during their initial activation phase.
• Deliver train-the-trainer sessions for Site Points of Contact (POCs) and Clinical Champions.
• Monitor training attendance, completion rates, participant satisfaction, and time-to-activation metrics.
• Create and update clinical training curricula, job aids, and educational materials.
• Design resources for self-paced and asynchronous learning.
• Develop communications regarding feature and product updates.
• Identify, recruit, and nurture Clinical Champions.
• Establish and facilitate a community of practice for Clinical Champions.
• Formulate and implement strategies for the deployment and scaling of new sites.
• Diagnose and address service recovery issues related to initial adoption challenges and negative first experiences.
• Conduct workflow evaluations and devise implementation plans tailored to individual sites.
• Recognize recurring implementation trends and document them in the implementation playbook.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of AI note generation, prompts, templates, and model limitations.
• Analyze clinician-reported concerns and errors, performing root cause analysis as needed.
• Recommend and implement prompt adjustments based on clinical judgment, safety, and quality standards.
• Promptly escalate patient safety concerns in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate on the Clinical Quality Scoring Rubric and findings from documentation audits.
• Partner with the Technical Product Manager and on-call engineers to address live customer-facing issues.
• Convert clinician feedback into actionable product issues and advocate for their prioritization.
• Contribute insights into product and feature discussions based on frontline experiences.
• Report directly to the Director of Customer Delivery while collaborating with Customer Delivery, Engineering, Implementation, Customer Support, Site POCs, and Clinical Champions.
• Valid clinical license (RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or similar).
• Over 5 years of hands-on patient care experience.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation standards, EHR workflows, and medical decision-making across specialties.
• Ability to work comfortably in both federal (VA) and commercial healthcare environments, or a plausible plan to become proficient.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical-legal documentation standards, and quality requirements.
• Experience with implementation science frameworks (RE-AIM, CFIR) or equivalent structured methodologies.
• Proficiency in conducting root cause analysis using methods such as 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams, or similar techniques.
• Direct or related experience with AI/NLP prompt design, prompt assessment, or clinical documentation improvement technologies.
• Comfort with product analytics and dashboard utilization.
• At least 3 years of experience in developing and delivering clinical education or healthcare IT training.
• Ability to construct curricula and evaluate impact beyond just satisfaction scores.
• Experience using virtual training platforms and presenting to groups ranging from 5 to 100+ participants.
• Proven adaptability in delivery across different specialties and audiences with varying technical skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate across functions and advocate for clinical needs in technical discussions.
• Sound clinical and ethical judgment, especially under pressure regarding patient safety escalation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a comfort level for ambiguity.
• Highly preferred: Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Public Health, Medical Education, Clinical Informatics, or a related discipline.
• Highly preferred: Experience with ambient AI, clinical documentation improvement, or speech recognition technologies.
• Highly preferred: Prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
• Highly preferred: Experience in VA clinical settings and commercial health systems.
• Highly preferred: Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility compliance.
• Availability during core business hours with flexibility across various time zones.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% to federal and commercial sites.
