Revenue Assurance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Oversee lot start notifications and generate new sales orders using the ERP system.

• Develop job jacket files utilizing established checklists to compile necessary lot documentation.

• Examine job jacket documents and conduct thorough audits of sales orders prior to installation release.

• Calculate and input accurate revenue figures on sales orders.

• Ensure that customer purchase orders correspond with written sales agreements and buyer selections.

• Confirm that sales order margins are within acceptable limits and investigate any discrepancies.

• Validate post-installation revenue and margin, including any additional installation expenses.

• Collaborate with customers, sales teams, finance, and operations to address purchase order and cost-related concerns.

• Elevate issues and place sales orders on hold from release when instructed.

• Maintain job documentation within document storage systems.

• Monitor sales orders with purchase order or cost discrepancies in the ERP system.

• Provide updates to management regarding the resolution of sales order issues.

• Release sales orders to Finance for revenue acknowledgment and invoice transmission.

• Assist with ad hoc reporting, operational requests, training, onboarding, adherence to SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the homebuilding or construction sector is preferred.

• Background in quality review, reconciliation, audit, or similar transaction-based review roles is preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail accompanied by robust analytical skills.

• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with ERP systems.

• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Patience, a positive attitude, and the capability to maintain a “big picture” perspective.

• Ability to take ownership of tasks and manage interpersonal relationships effectively.
