Revenue Architect – Director, GTM Transformation, Revenue Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in client engagements as the strategic owner of RevOps and GTM.

• Convert business objectives into operational and technological strategies.

• Design scalable revenue frameworks that integrate marketing, sales, and customer success, in alignment with finance, data, and IT/engineering.

• Facilitate executive discovery sessions to uncover revenue drivers, bottlenecks, and growth limitations.

• Assess operating models in relation to revenue, headcount, and average deal value.

• Define and document comprehensive revenue architecture, covering roles, processes, handoffs, and technology.

• Create and communicate actionable, practical, and measurable growth roadmaps using Now, Near, and Far milestones.

• Provide counsel to C-suite and VP-level client leaders on RevOps maturity, GTM optimization, and scalable revenue operations.

• Establish, communicate, and defend strategic perspectives under the scrutiny of executives, boards, and sponsors.

• Identify follow-on opportunities and link them to client-owned metrics.

• Oversee the optimization of lead management, pipeline management, forecasting, customer handoff, renewals, and expansion processes.

• Assess and enhance RevOps frameworks from initial concept through to mature operations.

• Diagnose root causes across SPORT dimensions and propose modifications to ownership, processes, team structures, or metrics.

• Align leaders in marketing, sales, customer success, and finance around shared revenue metrics and objectives.

• Create unified operating models that connect marketing, sales, customer success, and financial data.

• Validate assumptions and differentiate findings from items requiring confirmation.

• Link initiatives to measurable outcomes such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, retention, and margin impact.

• Lead internal Tiger Teams consisting of Solutions Architects, Technical Solutions Architects, Developers, and GTM Engineers.

• Define design intent, requirements, data model intent, and sequencing while assigning implementation tasks to technical owners.

• Delegate responsibilities across technical and operational roles and ensure accountability.

• Ensure the quality of client-facing roadmaps, readouts, and executive summaries.

• Mentor and guide delivery teams to transform strategy into high-quality execution.

• Shape and deliver RevOps strategy at scale while enhancing client relationships.

• Evaluate, select, and design integrations among revenue technology systems.

• Assess data quality, process definitions, and ownership for AI and automation readiness.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in strategy, operations, consulting, or revenue leadership roles.

• Experience at the Director/VP/Principal level is required.

• Proven track record in designing and leading GTM and RevOps transformation initiatives within B2B organizations.

• A strong background in business analytics, systems engineering, or BizOps is preferred over traditional creative marketing.

• Demonstrated capability to build credibility with senior executives and secure actionable recommendations that were funded.

• Experience in consulting or agency environments where client-facing leadership and strategic delivery were pivotal to success.

• Working proficiency across the revenue technology ecosystem.

• Extensive familiarity with the HubSpot ecosystem, encompassing Sales, Marketing, Service, and Data Hubs.

• Strong working knowledge of complementary RevTech platforms.

• Hands-on configuration experience is appreciated but not mandatory.

• Exposure to private equity or board-level audiences is a significant advantage.

• Ability to formulate a defensible point of view from limited information, articulate assumptions, and defend or revise it under executive scrutiny.

• Exceptional skill in synthesizing complex issues and crafting clear, actionable growth strategies.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating frameworks and strategies from scratch.

• Proficient across the revenue technology stack.

• Ability to comprehend integration logic and evaluate data movement, record definitions, scalability, and integration costs.
