Revenue and Sales Operations Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +36 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in driving core growth initiatives as part of the National Revenue and Sales Operations team, reporting to the Associate Director of Revenue Operations.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams.

• Manage project timelines to ensure the successful execution of sales and revenue operations initiatives.

• Create project charters with input from stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Establish project scope, goals, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders.

• Oversee project tasks, schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.

• Organize meetings to support ongoing project progress.

• Promote communication and teamwork across sales, revenue operations, and other departments.

• Identify potential project risks and issues, devising mitigation strategies.

• Ensure that project deliverables meet the established quality standards.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

• Assist in change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new processes and tools.

• Document project requirements, decisions made, and post-project evaluations.

• Compile quarterly project accomplishments and communicate project impacts to leadership and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management.

• Strong organizational skills, along with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

• Capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality results.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Wrike).

• Experience in B2B insurance is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams is beneficial, but not essential.

• Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and change management is a plus, but not essential.

• Certification in project management methodologies is beneficial, but not required.

• Strong time management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments is advantageous, but not required.
