This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-departmental projects aimed at minimizing friction, eliminating bottlenecks, and enhancing the revenue-generating capabilities of Sales & SDR teams.

• Develop and refine essential GTM processes related to lead management, routing, qualification, handoff, and pipeline progression workflows.

• Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and Systems teams to recognize process deficiencies, establish business requirements, and deploy scalable solutions.

• Create documentation for current-state and future-state workflows to ensure the design aligns with the desired outcomes beyond just stakeholder input.

• Assist stakeholders in the “Idea to Implementation” journey by prioritizing initiatives that yield significant revenue impact and leveraging existing dashboards, data trends, current processes, and systems to provide insights and recommendations as necessary.

• Convert strategic initiatives into actionable operational plans, timelines, and change management activities that facilitate a successful rollout.

• Contribute to system enhancements by collaborating on workflow design, ticket generation, solution UAT, release readiness, and post-launch optimization.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, SDR Operations, Business Operations, or process/program management within a related industry.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and enhancing cross-functional business processes throughout the go-to-market lifecycle, particularly from Lead to Opportunity.

• In-depth knowledge of CRM and GTM systems, including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, PowerBi, and Lean Data.

• Proven capability to transform ambiguous business requirements into structured specifications, process maps, and actionable plans.

• Strong analytical abilities with a background in using data to identify challenges, assess impact, and facilitate informed decision-making.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to strategically operate while also executing detailed tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in navigating matrixed organizations and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
