This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.
• Offer impartial retirement plan guidance tailored to the requirements of plan sponsors and eligible employees.
• Facilitate individual and group presentations both in-person and through video technology.
• Enhance awareness of retirement plan features and increase plan assets.
• Conduct enrollment meetings, age-appropriate financial education sessions, and financial literacy workshops.
• Engage in benefit fairs and orientations for new employees.
• Participate in annual reviews of the plan and financial education strategy.
• Support the Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with focused educational campaigns.
• Boost plan participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to inform them about plan enrollment.
• Travel within the designated territory for new plan enrollments as necessary.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are preferred.
• Required to possess appropriate state insurance licenses.
• CFP, ChFC, or equivalent designations are desirable.
• Strong presentation skills are essential.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are advantageous.
• Must not have made political contributions that would disqualify the candidate or Corebridge Financial under applicable pay-to-play regulations.
• Applicants selected must disclose any U.S. political contributions made by themselves and household family members over the past two years.
