This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support individuals in achieving a successful retirement and planning their financial futures.
• Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews and hold individual meetings with targeted participants.
• Present to groups of new and existing defined contribution 401(k) and Government 457b plan participants.
• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders within the designated territory.
• Facilitate one-on-one virtual and in-person group meetings utilizing various technologies.
• Organize meeting schedules, including travel arrangements.
• Develop and implement business strategies and tactics to enhance positive retirement income outcomes.
• Record interactions in Salesforce and gather information for regulatory compliance purposes.
• Meet plan-level and individual objectives, service level agreements, and business outcomes.
• Engage in client meetings, sales finals, and other external meetings as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with internal service and management teams to enhance overall effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in place of a degree.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Exceptional presentation skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is required.
• Strategic thinker capable of working independently is essential.
• Strong skills in relationship building and territory management are required.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 registrations are required within the established timeline; current FINRA registrations are highly preferred.
• FINRA fingerprinting is required upon hiring.
• Must reside within the Greater Atlanta metro area territory.
• The candidate must be based within the assigned territory.
• Applicants must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Must provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a suitable home workspace.
