This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Facilitate Retirement Readiness Reviews along with individual meetings and group presentations aimed at targeted participants.
• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders within the designated territory or employer-sponsored plans.
• Conduct one-on-one virtual and on-site group sessions utilizing various technologies.
• Oversee meeting schedules, which include travel arrangements.
• Develop and implement business strategies and tactics to enhance retirement income outcomes.
• Record interactions in Salesforce and gather information to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Meet plan-level and individual objectives, service-level agreements, and business performance metrics.
• Engage in client meetings, sales finalizations, and other external engagements as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with internal service and management teams to boost effectiveness.
• Support the Relationship Management team in building and nurturing stakeholder connections.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector.
• Exceptional presentation abilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Capable of working independently as a strategic thinker.
• Strong skills in relationship building and territory management.
• Required to obtain FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 registrations within the specified timeline; current FINRA registrations are highly desirable.
• FINRA fingerprinting is mandatory upon hiring.
• Preferred knowledge of Salesforce.
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of successful retirement planning is preferred.
• Basic understanding of defined contribution plans preferred.
• Practical experience in delivering high-level, consultative client interactions is preferred.
• Must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; no employment visa sponsorship or transfer of sponsorship, including CPT/OPT.
• Must reside within the assigned New Hampshire territory and be willing to travel as necessary.
• Reliable high-speed wired internet and a suitable home workspace are required for remote work.
