This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Facilitate Retirement Readiness Reviews, conduct individual sessions, and lead group presentations for targeted participants.
• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with essential stakeholders within the designated territory or employer-sponsored plans.
• Host one-on-one virtual and on-site group meetings utilizing various technologies.
• Organize meeting schedules, including travel arrangements.
• Develop and implement business strategies and tactics aimed at enhancing retirement income objectives.
• Record interactions in Salesforce and gather information for regulatory compliance.
• Meet plan-level and individual performance goals while adhering to service level agreements.
• Engage in client meetings, sales finals, and other external meetings as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal service and management teams to enhance overall effectiveness.
• Support the Relationship Management team in building and sustaining stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strategic thinker capable of working independently.
• Strong skills in relationship building and territory management.
• Required to obtain FINRA Series 6, 63, 65 registrations within the established timeline; current FINRA registrations are highly preferred.
• FINRA fingerprinting is required upon hire.
• Must reside within the Framingham, Massachusetts territory.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT.
• Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a suitable home workspace for remote work.
