This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Oversee client relationships and act as the main point of contact.

• Resolve client issues and offer technical support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient hands-on experience with Klaviyo (essential).

• Familiarity with the Shopify platform.

• Background in retention and email marketing.

• Ability to quickly adapt — technical skills are crucial, not just strategic thinking.

• Fluent in English (accent acceptable; must meet professional, client-facing communication standards).

• Candidates from Latin America or South Africa preferred.

• Must have significant overlap with US time zones.
