Retention Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer inbound assistance to students through voice calls and WhatsApp.

• Examine and comprehend the reasons behind enrollment cancellations.

• Execute procedures and update records within the system.

• Work to prevent students from withdrawing from the institution.

• Utilize negotiation and persuasion techniques to retain students and avert cancellations.

• Identify students’ needs and present practical, objective solutions.

• Address various situations brought up by students during each interaction.

• Acquire experience in Voice Customer Service, Chat, WhatsApp, Retention, and Outbound Support operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High school diploma is required.

• Exceptional communication skills are essential.

• Sales experience is advantageous.

• Proficient negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Basic computer and typing skills are necessary.

• Must have the appropriate setup to work remotely.
