This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
• Execute email and SMS campaigns and flows from development to deployment using Klaviyo.
• Create campaigns within lifecycle marketing platforms.
• Develop customer segments based on established audience logic and approved strategies.
• Schedule campaigns and flows in line with marketing calendars and approved timelines.
• Upload approved creative assets from Figma into Klaviyo utilizing internal tools.
• Prepare campaign materials and generate previews for internal review and client approval.
• Construct recurring reports and assist in tracking execution performance.
• Conduct thorough QA, ensuring the accuracy of links, personalization, dynamic content, segmentation, UTMs, formatting, rendering, and scheduling.
• Address implementation issues and resolve any campaign-related obstacles.
• Collaborate with Retention Strategists, designers, copywriters, and project managers.
• Maintain organization and progression of projects towards launch across multiple active clients.
• Communicate risks, blockers, and changes in priorities effectively.
• Update project management systems and documentation accordingly.
• Engage directly with clients regarding scheduling, review requests, audience confirmations, deployment timing, and minor execution updates.
• Manage multiple campaigns while ensuring speed and precision.
• Identify recurring execution challenges and suggest enhancements to workflows, QA processes, and documentation.
• Standardize repeatable execution steps where appropriate.
• Utilize AI and automation tools responsibly to enhance efficiency and execution quality.
• 2–5 years of experience in email marketing, SMS marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations.
• Strong experience in building campaigns, flows, audience segments, and QA processes in Klaviyo or similar lifecycle marketing platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Problem-solving skills to work independently within defined processes and seek assistance when necessary.
• Comfortable working within structured systems while adjusting to changing priorities.
• Proficient in using Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and contemporary marketing platforms.
• Interest in leveraging AI and automation to enhance efficiency and execution quality.
• Availability to work standard business hours, 9:00am–5:00pm, in ET, CT, MT, or PT time zones.
