This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Oversee a designated territory comprising Home Depot and Lowe’s accounts, or a mix of both.
• Manage retail accounts and daily operations, which includes conducting visits to retail locations.
• Utilize Salesforce, Power BI, and ShowPad metrics to strategically optimize customer routing schedules.
• Propel overall sales to meet quarterly and annual point-of-sale targets.
• Collaborate with Store and District Managers to ensure alignment with retail-specific objectives.
• Assess point-of-sale data by store and evaluate promotional performance to create tailored sales plans for stores and territories.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations to guarantee adequate inventory for promotional events.
• Formulate execution strategies based on market trends and SKU-level insights.
• Promote and implement national event activations while also developing local territory initiatives.
• Execute national overdrive strategies, identify unique opportunities within territories, and track performance metrics.
• Engage with key decision-makers at the store and district levels regarding initiatives and customized solutions.
• Collaborate with retail service partners through district meetings and quality assessments to ensure accountability and initiate corrective measures.
• Leverage sales enablement tools to identify sales deficiencies and devise strategies to address them.
• Oversee inventory management and retailer-specific order placements, including exit strategies for Special Buy promotions.
• Cultivate relationships with professional end-users through product and service solutions, job site blitzes, product training, and product seeding.
• Conduct monthly job site visits in line with retailer Pro strategies.
• Manage travel and entertainment (T&E) and demo tool budgets to enhance profitability.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail sales within the consumer goods sector is required.
• Must be willing to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (approximately 8–10 per year).
• Capability to handle, train on, and demonstrate products effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
• Proficiency in analyzing Power BI and Salesforce data to craft strategic growth plans.
• Understanding of IT business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must successfully pass a drug test and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
