This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee a territory comprising Home Depot and Lowe’s accounts, or a mix of both.
• Manage retail accounts alongside daily operations, which includes visiting retail locations.
• Utilize metrics from Salesforce, Power BI, and ShowPad to strategically plan customer routing schedules.
• Drive overall sales to meet quarterly and annual Point of Sale (POS) objectives.
• Collaborate with Store and District Managers to synchronize strategies with retail-specific goals.
• Assess POS data by store and promotional performance to create tailored sales plans for stores and territories.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations to guarantee adequate inventory for promotional efforts.
• Formulate and implement strategies grounded in market trends and SKU-level insights.
• Promote and execute national event activations while also developing local territory initiatives.
• Deploy national overdrive strategies and pinpoint territory-specific opportunities.
• Engage with key decision-makers in stores and districts to discuss initiatives and customized programs.
• Collaborate with retail service partners during district meetings and quality assessments.
• Leverage sales enablement tools to identify sales gaps and develop plans to address them.
• Oversee inventory management and retailer-specific order processes, including strategies for exiting Special Buy promotions.
• Build relationships with professional end-users through product solutions, job site blitzes, training, and product seeding.
• Conduct monthly job site visits that align with retailer professional strategies.
• Manage T&E, Demo Tool, and various budgets to enhance profitability.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Retail Sales within the Consumer Goods sector.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (approximately 8-10 times annually).
• Capacity to handle, train on, and demonstrate products effectively.
• Ability to lift weights of up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
• Skill in analyzing Power BI and Salesforce data to formulate strategic growth plans.
• Understanding of IT business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must successfully pass a drug test and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
