This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Oversee a portfolio of Home Depot and Lowe’s accounts, or a mix of both.
• Manage retail accounts and daily operations, which includes visiting retail locations.
• Utilize Salesforce, Power BI, and ShowPad metrics to strategically organize customer routing schedules.
• Drive revenue growth to meet quarterly and yearly Point of Sale (POS) objectives.
• Collaborate with Store and District Managers to ensure alignment with retail-specific goals.
• Evaluate POS data by store and promotional performance to create tailored sales plans for stores and territories.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations to maintain appropriate inventory levels for promotional events.
• Implement execution strategies based on trends and SKU-level insights.
• Promote and implement national event activations while developing local territory initiatives.
• Execute national overdrive strategies to enhance product sell-through and identify opportunities unique to the territory.
• Engage with key decision-makers in stores and districts to create and execute customized initiatives.
• Collaborate with retail service partners through store and district engagement, monthly meetings, and quality assessments.
• Leverage sales enablement tools to identify sales deficiencies and formulate plans to address them.
• Manage inventory and retailer-specific order writing, and devise exit strategies for Special Buy promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with professional end-users through product and service solutions, job site blitzes, training, and product seeding.
• Conduct monthly job site visits for product training, seeding new products, and converting end-users.
• Oversee Travel & Expense and Demo Tool budgets to enhance profitability.
• 3-5 years of experience in Retail Sales within the Consumer Goods sector.
• Willingness to travel within the region and work occasional weekends (approximately 8-10 times per year).
• Capability to handle, train on, and demonstrate products effectively.
• Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
• Proficiency in analyzing Power BI and Salesforce data to formulate strategic growth initiatives.
• Understanding of IT business systems such as BW, Salesforce.com, and Tool Commerce.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must successfully pass a drug test and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
