This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives for designated accounts by employing retail selling techniques and implementing customer strategies.
• Lead and motivate full-time and part-time Merchandisers, including responsibilities for hiring, mentoring, and performance enhancement.
• Ensure the execution of sales priorities and merchandising initiatives within retail locations.
• Provide on-site sales guidance to clients, secure additional sales opportunities, and implement corporate programs.
• Create data-informed sales strategies customized to store demographics and customer requirements.
• Foster partnerships with store staff and pinpoint potential sales opportunities.
• Assign merchandisers and order writers to optimize shelf presence and sales volume.
• Manage product ordering, display implementation, and unsaleable items in collaboration with Full-Time Order Writers.
• Plan and execute store schedules to enhance relationships and drive performance.
• Adhere to safety and operational protocols.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A college degree is strongly preferred.
• Availability for a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• 3-5 years of sales experience with a robust sales foundation and a solid grasp of business processes and systems.
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.
• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background investigation.
• The ideal candidate must reside within 40 miles of Aurora, Denver, Englewood, or Centennial, Colorado.
