This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the daily operations of the retail team.
• Maintain up-to-date product master data, pricing lists, promotional calendars, and listing materials.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards in data maintenance across various systems.
• Monitor modules, displays, and commercial agreements by market and store.
• Conduct analyses, competitive evaluations, and presentations utilizing Google Sheets/Excel.
• Analyze POS data and generate insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Coordinate customer promotions and minor marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries from customers and external partners.
• Prepare meeting materials, document outcomes, and track follow-up actions.
• Take charge of smaller projects and liaise with internal stakeholders on relevant topics.
• Manage and coordinate tasks in ClickUp.
• Document store inspections and market observations.
• Handle reporting and maintain the internal image database.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales support, or retail support.
• Experience in FMCG or beauty retail is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Slides.
• Strong grasp of numerical data, reporting, and retail KPIs.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
• Team-oriented with exceptional reliability and confident communication skills when collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Accurate, structured, and proactive approach to work tasks.
• Eagerness to develop and continuously enhance processes in a creative startup environment.
• Enjoys being part of a vibrant, dynamic team.
• Nice to have: Experience in market intelligence, beauty retail, or POS displays, particularly in grocery or drugstore settings.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
