Retail Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Employ a consultative sales method on the sales floor

• Assist customers in navigating product and service selections

• Engage in community activities

• Process online orders

• Conduct outbound calls to both existing and prospective customers

• Adhere to scheduled hours from 9am to 9pm, including weekends

• Keep abreast of advancing technology and customer service practices

• Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is advantageous

• Capability to work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends

• Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic environment

• Ability to achieve and surpass sales targets
