Retail Route Representative – Company Vehicle Provided

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Travel to convenience store accounts within the designated territory

• Stock and merchandise products to enhance visibility and boost sales

• Keep track of inventory levels and place orders as needed

• Ensure shelves are organized and store displays are well-presented

• Use mobile technology to handle invoicing, reporting, and route documentation

• Foster strong relationships with store managers and staff

• Represent Max Distributing in a professional manner at all accounts

• Efficiently manage your schedule and route while working autonomously

• Assist convenience store accounts and promote sales growth throughout the territory

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior industry experience necessary; training will be provided

• Must possess a valid driver's license

• Acceptable driving history required

• Capability to lift, stock, and merchandise products throughout the day

• Willingness to engage in some paid overnight travel

• Comfortable with smartphones and mobile applications

• Must be reliable and dependable

• Self-motivated and driven individual

• Ability to work independently

• Must reside within the assigned territory
