Retail Representative – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Sell, distribute, and showcase Mars Snacking products at retail locations across all channels within a designated territory.

• Recommend orders and present sales programs to customers.

• Provide and sell booking sheets to stores.

• Ensure distribution of assigned products while promoting new innovations.

• Guarantee promotional and seasonal compliance within specified retail locations.

• Ensure that shelves are fully stocked with all listed products.

• Replenish merchandiser fixtures and secure secondary display areas with customers.

• Utilize POS systems for effective merchandising and pricing strategies.

• Rotate products on shelves and in backrooms to ensure quality and freshness.

• Maintain precise business data using handheld technology.

• Efficiently manage customer coverage in the territory according to the company call coverage model.

• Plan and organize route schedules in accordance with frequency and time-in-call requirements.

• Adhere to time allocation based on segment priorities.

• Keep the District Sales Manager informed about territory activities.

• Maintain a supply of merchandising tools and POS materials.

• Follow company procedures for processing credits and samples.

• Read and comprehend field communications and priorities.

• Support special projects for the Sales team as assigned.

• Communicate with the Sales Organization.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including Engagement Action Planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in a customer-facing position.

• Previous sales experience is advantageous.

• Valid driver's license.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Availability to work part-time, 24 hours per week, from Monday to Wednesday.

• Willingness to work in Regina, Saskatchewan, and surrounding areas.

• Proficient in using handheld technology.

• Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to time, expenses, product waste, and mileage.

• Capability to process credits and samples in accordance with company procedures.
