This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Build strong business relationships and enhance collaboration with Retail Pharmacy Field Leaders.
• Promote the appropriate utilization of Pfizer Primary Care Retail Pharmacy products.
• Guarantee access to Pfizer's retail pharmacy offerings through effective relationships and aligned projects and educational initiatives.
• Engage with local stakeholders and collaborate across Pfizer's extensive matrix as well as retail customer organizations.
• Report to the National Pharmacy Business Director while working alongside Trade Account Directors, Sales, Account, Marketing, Medical, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers in retail pharmacy.
• Utilize Pfizer's value proposition to develop mutually advantageous business opportunities.
• Collect insights from stakeholders and formulate mutually beneficial action plans.
• Create customized account management strategies and prioritize customer projects.
• Train and share approved performance data with Retail Pharmacy Field Leaders in a compliant manner.
• Use population health and immunization tools to pinpoint geographic and demographic opportunities.
• Conduct account planning and project management utilizing Pfizer resources.
• Implement and evaluate customer-aligned projects, educational initiatives, and immunization efforts.
• Monitor operationalization across communication, education, patient identification, execution, and inventory management.
• Implement marketing programs and present approved materials to clients.
• Collaborate with Trade Account Directors, local Sales ABMs, and cross-functional field and headquarters teams.
• Provide geographic and customer insights to marketing and strategy teams.
• Enhance understanding of local market dynamics and customer drivers.
• Disseminate and implement successful practices across the region and nationally.
• Meet with customers both in person and virtually, including at promotional exhibits.
• Adhere to Pfizer’s policies, procedures, business conduct, and compliance standards.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or retail-related sectors, integrating sales and marketing in pharmaceuticals or similar fields.
• Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing product performance goals.
• Demonstrated success in navigating a matrix environment and influencing others.
• Proven ability to engage key decision makers within large accounts.
• Skill in formulating, developing, writing, communicating, and monitoring stakeholder business plans.
• Experience in executing and managing highly complex programs and projects.
• Proven collaboration and alignment across field and headquarters teams.
• Demonstrated capability in assessing customer needs and utilizing cross-functional resources.
• Experience in leveraging data to prioritize business opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of the evolving U.S. healthcare landscape, including U.S. Healthcare Reform.
• Strong business acumen along with problem-solving, strategic thinking, project management, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in delivering executive-level presentations to customers.
• Excellent communication abilities for articulating public health arguments and clinical value propositions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including necessary domestic overnight travel.
• Candidates must reside within the geography or be within a commutable distance to the majority of the area.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is mandatory.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not currently or will not be available in the future.
• An advanced degree such as a Master's with at least 7 years of experience, a PhD with 5 years, or an MD with 4 years of experience is a plus.
• Current experience in Vaccines is preferred.
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is also preferred.
• Previous experience in retail pharmacy or managing large-organized-customer accounts is favored.
