Retail Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Mentor, train, and motivate a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers (RCMs) to surpass client expectations in merchandising, shelving, and sales execution.

• Offer daily strategic guidance to optimize sales opportunities and assist the team in identifying best practices and in-store selling prospects.

• Carry out regular audits and provide constructive feedback to ensure high standards of execution.

• Cultivate strong relationships with retail partners through ongoing communication.

• Collaborate with Retail Directors and internal stakeholders to synchronize on key initiatives and facilitate effective communication across teams.

• Act as a subject matter expert on Acosta’s retail systems.

• Train team members using Acosta University and other resources to improve in-store performance.

• Create selling materials for retail meetings.

• Conduct bi-quarterly assessments to foster team development.

• Undertake other assigned duties, including meeting physical requirements and traveling as necessary.

• Proficiency in retail systems and tools to enhance efficiency and execution.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite—Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and sales abilities.

• Comfortable delivering presentations to diverse audiences and addressing questions confidently.
