Retail Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Train, mentor, and motivate a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers (RCMs) to not only meet but exceed client expectations in merchandising, shelving, and sales execution.

• Provide daily strategic guidance to maximize sales opportunities while assisting the team in identifying best practices and in-store selling prospects.

• Conduct regular audits and provide actionable feedback to ensure exceptional execution quality.

• Develop strong relationships with retail partners through consistent communication.

• Collaborate with Retail Directors and internal stakeholders to align on key initiatives and maintain effective communication across teams.

• Act as a subject matter expert on Acosta’s retail systems.

• Train associates utilizing Acosta University and other resources to enhance in-store performance.

• Create impactful selling materials for retail meetings.

• Conduct bi-quarterly evaluations to support team development.

• Fulfill other assigned responsibilities, including meeting physical requirements and holding a valid driver’s license for travel.

• Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite—Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and sales capabilities.

• Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences and confidently addressing questions.
