This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create innovative assets for various digital platforms, social media, CRM, e-commerce, retail, and print mediums.
• Modify campaign ideas and key visuals to suit diverse formats and touchpoints.
• Independently design and assess production-ready print files for packaging and displays.
• Generate visually striking, brand-aligned layouts, graphics, and product-centric assets.
• Strategically position claims on packaging, displays, and creative materials for optimal effect.
• Prepare files that are ready for production in both digital and print formats.
• Maintain and enhance design templates and brand standards.
• Address daily design requests while prioritizing consistency and meticulous attention to detail.
• Investigate visual trends and contribute innovative ideas to campaigns and content.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and teams in Brand, Social Media, and Marketing.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in graphic or communication design.
• Demonstrated capability to independently and routinely create and review production-ready print files for packaging and displays (essential).
• Robust portfolio showcasing a strong eye for typography, layout, color, and composition.
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Understanding of essential print and digital design requirements.
• Ability to consistently apply an established brand identity across various formats.
• Professional proficiency in both German and English.
• High standards of quality and keen attention to detail.
• An eagerness to learn, curiosity, and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
• Dependable and organized working style with the ability to handle multiple smaller tasks concurrently.
• Collaborative mindset in a dynamic team environment.
• Proactive attitude with a readiness to take initiative.
• Passion for design, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Initial professional experience acquired through internships, freelance work, or a junior position.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion design software.
• Experience with Figma.
• Experience in designing for social media, CRM, or e-commerce platforms.
• Fundamental understanding of print production and packaging design.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools.
• Interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and contemporary visual culture.
• Good grasp of current social media and design trends.
• Confidence in contributing ideas and posing questions.
