Graphic Designer, Entry Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Develop captivating visual content for both print and digital channels.

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and event teams.

• Offer social media assistance by designing graphics and posting event updates.

• Manage multiple projects effectively and adhere to deadlines.

• Convert minimal direction into striking, refined creative work.

• Execute design tasks from initial concept to final delivery.

• Address last-minute requests and shifting priorities while upholding quality standards.

• Report to the Corporate Design Team.

• Travel occasionally for meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise and effective use of typography.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro.

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

• Capability to work independently, solve problems, communicate efficiently, manage time well, and complete projects from concept to finalization.

• Ability to maintain composure and efficiently manage workload, even in the face of unexpected urgent projects.

• Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing priorities or tight deadlines.

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

• Recent graduate or designer with limited professional experience.

• Experience in social media, basic video editing, copywriting, and PowerPoint is advantageous but not mandatory.
