Graphic Designer – ESN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and create online content as well as print media for various events.

• Design digital materials including social media posts, performance marketing advertisements, and newsletters.

• Create and produce print assets such as flyers, posters, and roll-up banners.

• Generate food and product composites.

• Formulate and optimize prompts for AI image-generation tools.

• Maintain a cohesive ESN aesthetic across AI-generated visuals while further enhancing them to align with the brand.

• Prepare AI-generated assets and photoshoot images using Photoshop and InDesign to deliver professional, brand-compliant final artwork.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree or vocational training in graphic design, media design, or a similar field.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Solid understanding of performance marketing needs, with experience in creating both static and motion ad creatives for paid social campaigns tailored to enhance click-through rates and conversions.

• Familiarity with prompting and image generation using AI tools (e.g., Magnific or Adobe Firefly) and the capability to strategically incorporate them into your design process.

• A keen eye for high-quality imagery, color, typography, and visually appealing food arrangements.

• Experience in prepress processes and preparing final artwork for production.

• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner from a home office, autonomously prioritize tasks, and keep track of multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.

• Proactive communication with the team to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Proficiency in English is beneficial, particularly for coordination with international teams.

• Knowledge of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI generators, along with Figma, Miro, Slack, and Asana, is a significant advantage.
