Junior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist the creative team in executing specified design tasks for various clients and projects.

• Work based on briefs, brand guidelines, and creative direction.

• Transform ideas into impactful visual outputs.

• Carefully prepare work for review and final delivery.

• Manage assigned tasks and adhere to deadlines.

• Thoroughly check work prior to sharing it.

• Take responsibility for straightforward design challenges.

• Experiment with concepts, learn from errors, and incorporate feedback.

• Gradually become more independent with familiar design tasks and broader creative challenges.

• Collaborate with seasoned designers and receive creative guidance, feedback, and coaching from the Design Lead.

• Keen attention to visual quality, clarity, and detail.

• Ability to work according to established brand guidelines, templates, and creative direction.

• Capacity to consider the audience and purpose in design work.

• Curiosity and eagerness to explore various approaches.

• Receptive to feedback and capable of applying it to future projects.

• Organized, reliable, and proactive in communication when support is needed or deadlines may be at risk.

• Collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn.

• Interest in new design tools, techniques, and improved working methods.

• Portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals and growth potential.
