This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
β’ Deliver consulting services to a designated market or client account.
β’ Oversee high-volume financial retail banking construction initiatives, such as HVAC, roofing, and parking lot enhancements.
β’ Manage the planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases of real estate projects.
β’ Collaborate with clients to develop the scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control measures, and risk assessments.
β’ Identify project delivery resources from pre-approved lists or through the project qualification process.
β’ Execute requests for proposals, complete bid assessments, and recommend resources to clients.
β’ Enforce project documentation governance in accordance with company and client standards.
β’ Ensure the integrity of project data and maintain accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation.
β’ Lead project delivery teams and offer guidance to achieve objectives.
β’ Formulate action plans to fulfill goals, budgetary constraints, and timelines.
β’ Monitor project progress and communicate status updates and variances.
β’ Recognize project risks and devise risk mitigation and contingency strategies.
β’ Implement action plans to minimize or eliminate project risks.
β’ Utilize principles and techniques to tackle complex assignments and deliver innovative solutions.
β’ Mentor others and share knowledge within the job discipline.
β’ Influence customer, operational, project, and service activities across interconnected teams.
β’ Articulate challenging or sensitive information effectively.
β’ Bachelor's Degree preferred, accompanied by 5-8 years of relevant experience.
β’ In the absence of a degree, a blend of experience and education will be taken into account.
β’ Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations.
β’ Capability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of various information sources.
β’ Openness to adopting new perspectives on existing solutions.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
β’ Strong organizational skills coupled with a keen inquisitive mindset.
β’ Advanced mathematical abilities.
β’ Proficiency in calculating moderately complex figures, including percentages, fractions, and other finance-related computations.
β’ Availability in the Pacific Time Zone.
