📋 Description

• Promote and enhance the Red Wing brand image through effective selling techniques.

• Guide each customer through the Ultimate Fit Experience (UFX) process.

• Recommend accessories and provide education on their advantages.

• Generate leads for industrial sales opportunities.

• Meet and exceed daily productivity and sales targets.

• Maintain the sales floor presentation, store signage, and cleanliness standards.

• Continuously enhance product knowledge, technical skills, and operating standards through ongoing education.

• Adhere to organizational standards and legal regulations to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

• Support daily operations of the retail store.

• Stay proficient with electronic communication software.

• Establish, adhere to, and enforce organizational quality system standards.

• Uphold the core values and policies of Red Wing Shoe Company.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

• Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Must be at least 18 years old within 30 days of applying.

• 1-2 years of pertinent experience.

• Results-driven approach.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in computer usage.

• Comprehensive understanding of Red Wing Shoe Company’s mission, values, and organizational structure.

• Knowledge of profit and loss management.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with retail footwear.

• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend, squat for lacing shoes, lift overhead, twist, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.

• Competence in performing housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing floors, washing windows, using disinfectants, discarding trash, managing recycling, and installing and maintaining furniture, fixtures, and displays.

• A satisfactory background check is required.

• Must be willing to work in a drug-free environment.
