Retail Area Manager – Central Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee specialist retail partners within the region and strategically enhance current partnerships.

• Enhance retailer performance and customer experiences by implementing appropriate solutions and maintaining regular communication.

• Cultivate relationships with employers and regional networks.

• Establish Bikeleasing, Probonio, and Bike2Future as a comprehensive multi-benefit platform.

• Design, plan, coordinate, and independently carry out events and sales promotion activities.

• Evaluate market potential.

• Systematically document activities in the CRM system.

• Provide valuable market feedback to the company.

• You possess professional experience in B2B field sales and understand the dynamics of partner collaboration.

• You swiftly and sustainably establish relationships with specialist retail partners and decision-makers on the employer side.

• Ideally, you have experience in independently planning and executing events.

• You are well-connected within the region.

• Willingness to travel within the region is essential.

• You have confident German communication skills at a C2 level.

• Proficiency in English is an advantage.

• You have a keen interest in sustainable mobility and can authentically share your enthusiasm for the Bikeleasing Group.
