This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Inspire and lead Bureau Managers and Travel Service Partners throughout Northern Ireland.
• Oversee and mentor Bureau Managers to enhance performance, recruitment, and employee development.
• Manage costs, expenses, and resource allocation within the region.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, operational training, procedures, and practices among colleagues.
• Coordinate the implementation of new bureaus and upgrades to existing ones.
• Drive the launch of products and in-store promotions and campaigns.
• Facilitate communication between store colleagues and Bureau Managers.
• Implement business plans as outlined by the Divisional Manager.
• Maintain accountability for area-specific plans that support strategic objectives.
• Utilize data to prioritize interventions, enhance business performance, and optimize margins, including managing discounts.
• Cultivate relationships with the Head of Retail, Divisional Manager, Tesco store managers, and internal support functions.
• Encourage collaboration among stakeholders to achieve commercial and operational goals.
• Manage budgets, revenue performance, and operational efficiency in the area.
• Experience in managing multi-site retail or service operations, focusing on profitability, growth, and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams, including succession planning and performance management.
• Confident and decisive communication style with the ability to motivate a team.
• Proven experience leading teams across multiple locations and achieving impressive results.
• Willingness to learn, be hands-on, and manage teams remotely.
• Strong track record of delivering performance through enhanced customer service, sales, and cost management.
• Background in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Operational capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance and risk within retail and financial services.
• Ability to analyze complex reports and take appropriate actions.
• UK Driving License.
• Willingness and capability to travel within the assigned area; frequent travel required for business meetings and site visits outside the designated area.
