Retail and E-Commerce Distribution Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and execute a distribution strategy that maximizes and simplifies customer access to Dexcom Stelo technology.

• Formulate strategies and tactics to enhance revenue, volume, market share, and operating margin through retail, e-commerce, and various distribution channels.

• Collaborate with partners to meet Stelo commercial objectives and drive business success.

• Develop competitive strategies and scalable capabilities for future market opportunities.

• Monitor and assess distribution sales performance, key metrics, and market trends across Retail, Amazon, Stelo.com, and other channels.

• Lead the promotional strategy for Stelo distribution and marketing collaborations.

• Manage the Stelo distribution team and foster colleague development.

• Broaden distribution networks to align with product innovations.

• Create resource plans and manage within budget constraints.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree along with 15+ years of relevant industry experience.

• Over 9 years of proven management experience in the applicable industry.

• Proficient in developing and implementing retail and e-commerce distribution strategies across multiple channels.

• Experience in hiring, leading, developing, and retaining a successful team.

• Knowledgeable and experienced in expanding distribution networks.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with organizational stakeholders and partners.

• Skilled in developing resource plans and managing within budget allocations.

• Willingness and ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time.
