Shopify Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Establish, configure, and maintain the Shopify store.

• Assist with the initial launch and ongoing management of the e-commerce platform.

• Configure payment options and store settings.

• Upload and manage products, including images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.

• Ensure product and inventory information is accurate.

• Set up and optimize URLs, metadata, and other essential SEO components.

• Aid in SEO and AEO optimization throughout the e-commerce site.

• Conduct research and assist with operational needs for effective online store management.

• Troubleshoot Shopify-related issues and independently find solutions.

• Maintain quality control across product pages, images, pricing, and store details.

• Suggest enhancements to the store layout, customer experience, and overall presentation.

• Collaborate closely with the founder while independently managing daily e-commerce operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in managing or administering Shopify stores.

• Previous experience in e-commerce, ideally within fashion, apparel, lifestyle, retail, or another consumer brand.

• Familiarity with product uploads, inventory management, payment configuration, and store upkeep.

• Knowledge of e-commerce SEO, URLs, metadata, and website optimization.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

• Strong research and problem-solving abilities.

• Good visual judgment and an understanding of e-commerce aesthetics.

• Capability to learn new systems and requirements autonomously.

• Proficient English communication and comprehension skills.

• Experience with analytics, creative tools, or AI-powered e-commerce tools is advantageous.
