This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and sustain effective relationships with designated agencies and producers.
• Comprehend the unique aspects of each agency’s portfolio, including opportunities, challenges, and potential with THREE.
• Create and implement a territory strategy aimed at meeting or surpassing production goals.
• Recognize opportunities within the assigned portfolio and initiate sales discussions.
• Maintain a structured sales rhythm through agency check-ins, onboarding discussions, business assessments, and activation initiatives.
• Drive robust, qualified submission activity.
• Follow up on submissions and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline from quotes to binding.
• Evaluate territory performance throughout the funnel and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Utilize CRM, pipeline, submission, conversion, and production data to prioritize agencies and opportunities effectively.
• Assess wins, losses, and production challenges.
• Gather insights on competitive landscape, product offerings, underwriting, and agency feedback.
• Collaborate with Underwriting while maintaining accountability for the sales relationship.
• Implement team and departmental initiatives within the assigned agencies.
• Achieve or surpass designated production targets.
• Experience in commercial insurance and independent agency work is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years in commercial insurance, agency sales, or a comparable sales position.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven track record in managing internal agencies, developing new business, and achieving measurable sales outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, quoting processes, and the submission-to-bind pathway.
• High personal accountability, a strong inclination toward proactive action, and the capability to independently resolve issues.
• Ability to convey differentiated product value rather than relying solely on relationships, pricing, or familiarity.
• Capacity to approach challenges with curiosity, urgency, and decisive action.
