This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +4 more countries.
• Oversee the centralized Resource Management Mailbox by reviewing, interpreting, and directing resource requests.
• Engage with requestors, including Project Managers, the Proposal Group, and Clinical Trial Managers.
• Coordinate with Line Managers concerning weekly allocation uploads and address any process errors or issues that arise.
• Administer and implement the weekly Allocation Upload Process, incorporating 50–75 Excel spreadsheets into the Resource Management Tool using a macro tool.
• Generate weekly reports from the Resource Management Tool for publication on SharePoint.
• Adjust Excel spreadsheets as necessary prior to publication.
• Input Baseline Resource Requests into the Resource Management Tool to reflect new demand.
• Prepare Excel files for macro-based loading.
• Collaborate with the Manager to optimize processes, enhance efficiencies, and improve tools.
• Carry out additional duties as required or assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or certification in a relevant healthcare or resource management field from an accredited institution.
• Alternatively, four (4) or more years of pertinent clinical research or resource management experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO sector may be accepted.
• At least three (3) years of professional experience.
• Alternatively, four (4) years of clinical research experience in pharmaceutical research or contract research organizations may be considered.
• Solid understanding of the clinical trial process.
• Strong capability to collaborate within a project team.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding oral and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in working with personnel at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good comprehension of resource supply and demand principles.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a matrix environment.
• Excellent knowledge of computer systems and databases.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Overtime and weekend work as necessary.
