This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Anticipate, monitor, and determine resource allocation requirements, assignments, and availability for designated projects.
• Facilitate efficient utilization and forecasting of clinical resource labor needs based on geographical areas.
• Ensure suitable project-team composition across various therapeutic areas.
• Organize intake, follow-up, and resolution of resource requests.
• Maintain project modules within the system.
• Assess resource requests, availability, and assignments across different areas.
• Identify personnel for assignments based on client specifications, employee backgrounds, therapeutic needs, geographical considerations, and availability.
• Lead weekly resource meetings and distribute resourcing reports.
• Update roll-off dates and assignments for clinical resources.
• Coordinate, monitor, and distribute CVs; collaborate with CV administrators to ensure accuracy.
• Prioritize resource needs for upcoming work, RFPs, and bid defense meetings with internal teams.
• Reconcile and ensure quality control of departmental reports, including monthly forecasts and utilization reports.
• Submit available-resource proposals based on current availability and experience.
• Initiate projects aimed at improving and streamlining resourcing, metrics, and forecasts.
• Mentor and assist in training new personnel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
• Over 3 years of prior experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Knowledge of project resourcing and forecasting along with relevant tracking and forecasting tools.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with relational databases and the ability to generate reports.
• Capability to gather, interpret, and evaluate information from diverse resources.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Understanding of project-team staffing expectations and resourcing requirements.
• Occasional travel to site locations may be required.
