Rituals Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop the strategy for operations, logistics, and participant journey for LIDERA, FqT, FdG, and CEO Talks.

• Identify, negotiate, and secure venues for events.

• Assemble the necessary internal teams for participation, including security, employee experience, and mobility.

• Recruit the operations and logistics agency.

• Guide the operations and logistics agency in their tasks.

• Establish the participant list.

• Create and implement the logistics plan, pinpointing opportunities and negotiating with suppliers.

• Choose food and beverage options, organize tastings, and relay information about dishes and dietary restrictions.

• Oversee supplementary meetings related to the event, including arrangements for VPs.

• Manage the operations and logistics budget for LIDERA.

• Administer the registration website.

• Maintain the participant database.

• Identify and suggest enhancements for the workstream at future events.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks concurrently across Rituals and event planning.

• Detail-oriented approach, emphasizing high-quality processes.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong collaborative skills.

• Systems thinking mindset and comprehensive understanding of the participant journey.

• Proactive in anticipating challenges.

• Competent at functioning effectively in demanding environments and resolving unexpected issues.

• Preferred: prior experience with Grupo Boticário events, whether in an agency or in-house.
