This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gather and assess domain-specific context for each system under consideration.
• Extract requirements, business rules, and workflows directly from business stakeholders.
• Convert stakeholder feedback into organized, validated requirements, business rules, and domain context documentation.
• Keep documentation updated as a reliable source for developers, testers, and AI/automation components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and the testing team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and mutual understanding.
• Identify, document, and monitor gaps, assumptions, and unresolved questions until they are resolved.
• Oversee changes to domain context, requirements, and business rules, and relay any impacts.
• Maintain oversight on the accuracy and completeness of context and highlight areas of low confidence.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and working sessions to gather domain knowledge, clarify ambiguities, and confirm understanding.
• Work in conjunction with technical leadership, program leadership, and stakeholders to facilitate project delivery.
• Keep documentation up to date as systems and business rules evolve.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst, business systems analyst, or in a similar requirement-focused role within a software delivery team.
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and domain knowledge directly from business stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and document reviews.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams, including developers and QA.
• Excellent written documentation skills for creating clear requirements and business rule documentation.
• Proficient in identifying gaps, ambiguities, or conflicting requirements and facilitating their resolution.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Capability to work independently in a remote and security-conscious environment.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to complete necessary background/vetting paperwork, including SAAR-N, DD Form 2875, or Public Trust processes.
• Must finish required security awareness training within the standard post-award timeframe.
• Must adhere to organizational and contractual regulations concerning Government Furnished Information and business-sensitive materials.
• Must maintain continued eligibility for assigned engagement access requirements.
• IIBA certification, PMI-PBA, IIBA Agile Analysis Certification, experience with government clients, AI/automation artifacts, requirements/traceability tools, and knowledge-base experience are desirable but not mandatory.
