This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Provide support for billing and collections, document management, UCC and SREC applications, monitoring solar systems, reporting and analytics, managing contracts, marketing efforts, quality assurance, data analysis, finance and accounting tasks, legal and regulatory compliance, customer service, and IT functions.
• Assist in daily operations related to residential solar incentives, payments, and other associated business activities.
• Create and maintain user guides, job aids, and training materials.
• Review completed tasks, identify any discrepancies, make necessary corrections, and offer status updates to management.
• Work in conjunction with internal teams and IGS Engineering, Procurement, and Construction partners.
• Discover opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, tools, and business processes.
• Contribute to achieving accuracy, service level, financial, and operational goals.
• Revise and improve residential solar and storage pricing and financial models, including project inputs, model structure, and supporting documentation.
• Investigate current and future residential products and market trends, focusing on customer savings, developer margins, and economic factors in solar, battery, and solar-plus-storage offerings.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Interest in or experience within the solar or renewable energy sector is advantageous.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including business case or financial modeling, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, nested IF statements, and Boolean logic.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical skills, tech-savviness, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and foundational document management capabilities.
• Eagerness to learn new systems, tools, and technologies.
• Capacity to adapt, develop, and succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• A positive attitude, strong self-motivation, and a results-focused mindset.
