Resident Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct resident needs assessments and develop service-coordination plans.

• Facilitate connections for residents to employment opportunities, training programs, financial capability resources, and supportive services.

• Establish collaborations with service providers, workforce boards, and local community organizations.

• Organize case-management workflows and engage residents in activities.

• Monitor resident objectives, usage of services, and outcomes related to self-sufficiency.

• Provide your qualifications and past performance insights for WIL proposals upon authorization to name.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading resident services, service coordination, or family self-sufficiency initiatives within public or assisted housing settings.

• Background in case management and community partnership development.

• Understanding of housing authority operations or regulations governing assisted housing programs.

• Proficiency in tracking outcomes and preparing reports.

• Ability to work effectively as a project-based contract collaborator; remote US position.

• Experience in housing authority roles or leadership (preferred).

• Background in workforce development or financial coaching (preferred).

• Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) (preferred).
