Reset Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as a merchandiser representing leading Cosmetics, Grocery, and Electronics brands, along with other clients.

• Assist with merchandising strategies for clients and strengthen relationships with Store and Department Managers.

• Organize and refresh shelving, displays, walls, and various fixtures in accordance with planograms and provided guidelines.

• Strategically plan and schedule store visits within the designated territory.

• Relay work schedules to support team members when necessary.

• Participate in training conference calls, online training sessions, and field training as needed.

• Build and nurture strong working relationships with key in-store personnel.

• Complete shift reports, including daily online documentation with photographs of the completed tasks.

• Interact with and manage various store visits, including locations like Walmart and Shoppers Drug Mart.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous merchandising experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• High attention to detail, particularly in interpreting and implementing changes to a planogram.

• Excellent organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines effectively.

• Energetic, self-driven, and enthusiastic personality.

• Adaptable and flexible to changing situations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for exclusive use.

• Comfortable with travel up to 160 km from your area.

• Proficient with computers, including access to a PC and internet, with the ability to capture and submit photos of completed work.
