This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain partnerships with essential stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure effective research collaborations.

• Facilitate communication and nurture relationships with partners concerning research involvement, requirements, and outcomes.

• Keep comprehensive and clear documentation necessary for school district participation in studies.

• Assess partner needs and formulate recommendations and resources for successful research initiatives.

• Oversee project engagement and address obstacles to ensure ongoing partnership success.

• Organize and lead regular partnership meetings, creating actionable steps to tackle challenges.

• Plan and coordinate district site visits for research activities as required.

• Communicate with teams in customer success, sales, professional learning, and research projects.

• Stay updated on national and local trends in educational research and funding opportunities.

• Maintain precise profiles of identified research partners.

• Build collaborative relationships across departments to reflect the customer perspective.

• Lead internal discussions to ensure clear messaging and collaboration across services.

• Partner with national consortiums to expand educational research networks.

• Travel domestically 10–15% of the time.

• Report to the Senior Director of Learning Engineering.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Minimum of three years of experience in an educational, customer success, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in K-12 educational settings is advantageous.

• Background in research environments is also a plus.

• Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.

• Ability to comprehend school and district infrastructure, including technology environments and management.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and capability to identify customer needs.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present professionally, persuasively, and confidently via phone, email, and in-person.

• Exceptional planning and time management abilities.

• Solution-oriented mindset with a capacity to advocate for successful partnerships.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
