📋 Description

• Optimize the performance of established affiliate relationships with publishers such as TechRadar, CNET, and PCMag.

• Broaden affiliate partnerships beyond VPN services to include Surfshark Antivirus, Scam Protection, and the wider cybersecurity landscape.

• Inspire and lead an existing affiliate team to success.

• Enhance content-driven partnerships through newsletters, Substacks, and specialized editorial blogs.

• Expand the affiliate portfolio by managing relationships, strategically placing content, testing, and negotiating terms.

• Evaluate LTV, churn, and conversion rates to enhance landing pages and conversion funnels.

• Establish partnerships within telco and ISP bundles, hardware/OEM preloads, retail and e-commerce markets, as well as SaaS integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in scaling high-revenue affiliate programs, preferably in B2C SaaS, cybersecurity, or a similarly competitive technology sector.

• Proven track record of managing and guiding a distributed team across various locations and time zones.

• Capacity to cultivate relationships with industry decision-makers, effectively pitch value propositions, negotiate terms, and secure enduring partnerships.

• Strong analytical skills pertaining to LTV, churn, and conversion rates, alongside the ability to convert insights into landing page tests and funnel enhancements.

• Direct experience in the VPN industry and familiarity with key affiliate players is advantageous.

• Exposure to B2B2C or channel sales is an added benefit.

• Knowledge of tools such as Impact, CJ, Tune, Looker, Salesforce, Ahrefs, and SimilarWeb is a plus.

• A solid understanding of SEO, CRO, and content marketing is a bonus.
