This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop and sustain partnerships with essential internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and recruit districts or schools to serve as research collaborators.
• Oversee onboarding and manage relationships throughout the duration of research projects.
• Facilitate communication regarding research participation, requirements, and outcomes.
• Monitor and address district regulatory requirements and concerns.
• Handle research applications and data sharing agreements.
• Organize regular check-ins and partnership meetings.
• Ensure study designs meet the approval of research partners and guide adjustments to accommodate district needs.
• Maintain documentation and partner profiles.
• Assess partner needs and develop recommendations and resources.
• Monitor engagement and address barriers to successful partnerships.
• Plan and arrange district site visits as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with customer success, sales, professional learning, and research project teams.
• Stay updated on national and local trends in educational research and funding opportunities.
• Represent the customer perspective in collaborative, customer-focused initiatives.
• Facilitate internal discussions to ensure clear messaging and collaboration.
• Partner with national consortiums to expand educational research networks.
• Travel domestically 10–15% of the time.
• Report to the Senior Director of Learning Engineering.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Three or more years of experience in education, customer success, or a related field, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience in K-12 educational settings is advantageous.
• Experience in research environments is beneficial.
• Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
• Ability to comprehend school and district infrastructure, including technology environments and management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging professionally, persuasively, and confidently via phone, email, and in-person.
• Outstanding planning and time management abilities.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the capacity to advocate for successful partnerships.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders at various levels.
