This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Design and implement value-driven commercialization strategies that meet the complex needs of Emerging Biopharma clients.
• Establish trusted partnerships by showcasing commercial content expertise and providing thought leadership.
• Facilitate client strategy sessions to present integrated commercial launch plans.
• Regularly check in with clients to evaluate progress and address any inquiries.
• Utilize prioritization frameworks to concentrate pre-commercial team efforts on high-potential accounts.
• Prepare analytical insights and recommendations for essential success factors related to product launches.
• Lead high-level client meetings focused on launch planning, market insights, therapy-area knowledge, and solution design.
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction along with the delivery of quality and value.
• Generate and enhance new business opportunities through follow-on projects and revenue generation.
• Mentor and coach team members while sharing subject-matter expertise to foster individual growth and capabilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in the life sciences or consulting industry is required.
• Preferred experience of 3+ years with IQVIA and its offerings.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in product development, analytics, and strategy is highly preferred.
• Proven skills in biopharmaceutical forecasting and deal modeling are essential.
• Extensive knowledge of the processes necessary for the successful launch of biotechnology products is required.
• Ability to engage in detailed discussions with EBP client C-suite leaders regarding brand, launch, and commercial strategy services/solutions in the life sciences sector.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships, identify client challenges, and create tailored solutions.
• Comprehensive and authoritative understanding of brand/commercial services solutions is necessary.
• Awareness of industry, client, and competitive trends within the life sciences field is essential.
• Strong preference for candidates with in-depth knowledge of IQVIA’s data assets, analytical tools, and core offerings.
• Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly and concisely, adapting messages to specific audiences.
• Experience in leading functional teams to capture client/project requirements both internally and externally.
• A consultative approach, along with strategic thinking, planning, and change management skills are important.
• Candidates must reside in the same country as the role's location.
