Research Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Assist patients involved in clinical research studies by coordinating their care and enhancing communication with healthcare providers.

• Aid patients in understanding study protocols, arranging appointments, and addressing any concerns regarding their participation.

• Collaborate with research teams to track patient progress and gather data while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

• Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system and accessing essential services throughout their research journey.

• Ensure that participants remain engaged and compliant with the study protocols.

• Coordinate care and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare professionals.

• Guarantee that patient data is collected accurately and monitored effectively.

• May oversee entire projects or processes, contributing to the design, implementation, and delivery of processes, programs, and policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related discipline.

• Nevada Nursing License is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research or patient care.

• Strong grasp of clinical research protocols and regulatory standards.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

• Certification in Clinical Research (such as CCRP or CCRC) is preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the clinical research and patient care fields.

• Ability to coordinate care effectively and enhance communication between patients and healthcare providers.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficient in addressing patient concerns and providing tailored support.

• Expertise in data collection and monitoring practices.

• Understanding of how work impacts related areas and the ability to manage processes and programs effectively.
