Research & Insights Communications Associate, 3 Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a unified voice for insights messaging.

• Utilize various data sources to craft engaging and consistent reports for senior executives, frontline staff, and other specific audiences.

• Oversee agile research initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to meet tight deadlines.

• Convert primary and secondary research into insightful, easily comprehensible information.

• Educate cross-functional team members and stakeholders on enhancing presentations and deliverables.

• Compose research newsletters.

• Manage a messaging calendar aligned with key initiatives to secure internal engagement.

• Extract insights from data outputs and produce clear, cohesive, visually attractive, and digestible content for enterprise-level decision makers.

• Create and provide internal communication materials, including executive presentations, one-pagers, company-wide newsletters, and thought leadership articles.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Marketing, Management, Journalism, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in a research or analytics capacity, preferably with writing or branding.

• Experience in a creative agency is a plus.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing communication strategies within a corporate setting using data visualization and research communications.

• Highly consultative, with the capacity to influence others through compelling storytelling and data visualization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in graphic design and data visualization techniques.

• Familiarity with research and data analysis methodologies.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a multicultural environment, engaging with all levels of staff and management.

• Effective workflow management abilities, including organizational, time/project management, planning, and execution skills.

• Proven experience in implementing original and successful strategies.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented team environment.

• Must be based in the US and operate within the EST time zone.
