This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in initiatives focused on workforce intelligence research.
• Help analyze labor market trends and compensation data.
• Contribute to the creation of workforce intelligence reports and publications.
• Engage in the development of a workforce intelligence framework.
• Investigate publicly accessible labor market and workforce data sources.
• Support initiatives aimed at workforce analytics and operational labor visibility.
• Aid in the validation of dashboards and analysis of workforce indicators.
• Assist in documenting methodologies and interpreting workforce intelligence.
• A keen interest and some experience in labor economics, workforce analytics, operations research, industrial engineering, applied economics, statistics, data analytics, public policy, construction management, business analytics, urban planning, supply chain and operations, or data science.
• Graduate students, PhD candidates, early-career researchers, and analytically minded professionals are encouraged to submit their applications.
• Candidates should be open to full-time positions or project-based contract work.
• The role is primarily remote, with travel required for partner engagement and fieldwork.
• Familiarity with publicly available labor market and compensation data is essential.
• A focus on construction workforce intelligence rather than solely theoretical research is preferred.
• Ability to commit approximately 3–5 flexible remote hours weekly during the fellowship period.
• Flexible remote-first work environment.
• Fellowship structure allowing for approximately 3–5 hours of work per week.
• Potential for full-time employment or project-based contract opportunities, depending on the award and staffing requirements.
• Travel may be necessary for partner and field site visits.
